2012 Monthly Land Lease Fees

Camelot Lakes offers four lot types from which residents may choose: interior lots, exterior lots, corner/cul-de-sac lots and lake view lots. Monthly land lease fees range from $775.39 to $849.39 and include the following:
  • Water & Sewer
  • Lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming and blowing
  • Garbage pick-up once per week
  • Yard debris pick-up once per week
  • Ad Valorem Tax & Non-Ad Valorem
  • Automatic irrigation
  • Use of all amenities
  • On-site professional management
  • Friendly and courteous office and maintenance staff
  • Courtesy patrol
Dogs are welcomed on designated pet lots and weigh less than 45 lbs at maturity.  A cat is welcomed on any lot.
