Annual Costs:

The following are approximate taxes an owner can expect to pay on an annual basis:

License Decals (based on sized of home) approx.:    $85.00 per year (These are due and payable to the Sarasota County Tax Collector)

Tangible Personal Property approx:  $90.00 per year (Ad Valorem Tax for appurtenances, such as Utility Shed, Carport and Lanai, payable to Sarasota County Tax Collector)

Non-Ad Valorem Assessment (Based on prior year) Payment due January 1, 2008, payable to Camelot Lakes.  (Fire and Storm Water Utilities and solid waste) $169.56 per year
   
Ad Valorem Tax Pass-On (Based on prior year) Payable to Camelot Lakes (Based on value of Real Property) $22.38  per month

Monthly rent includes: Lawn Mowing, Edging, Trimming, & Blowing; Once weekly garbage pickup; Twice weekly Yard Waste pickup, Automatic Irrigation, Basic Cable, On-site Management, Use of facilities including 2 pools, 2 spa pools, Men's & Women's Suanas, Fitness Center, Library, Arts & Crafts Room, Billiards Room, Ping-Pong, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, & Tennis

Pets:  One dog weighing less than 45 lbs at maturity on designated Pet Lots.  Pet Lots are indicated in the Home Listings section by the letter P following the Lot number.  One indoor cat is permitted on any lot.

Cable:  Basic Cable included.  Premium channels including 5 HBO channels are available for an additional cost.
